Poached Eggs in Avocado

Ingredients

10 milliliters of Olive oil

80 grams of Chopped ham

30 grams of Chopped onion

10 milliliters of White vinegar

2 Eggs

50 grams of Chopped tomato

60 grams of Cottage cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 2 : Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Step 3 : Then, add the ham and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Step 4 : Set aside this mixture.

Step 5 : In a small saucepan, fill 3/4 with water and add the vinegar.

Step 6 : Bring the water to a gentle boil.

Step 7 : In a small bowl, crack an egg and carefully place it into the hot water to poach for 3.5 minutes.

Step 8 : While the eggs are poaching, cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.

Step 9 : Carefully place the poached eggs into the avocado halves and cover with a spoonful of the ham mixture.

Step 10 : Add chopped tomato, cottage cheese, and cilantro before serving.
