Ingredients
4 tablespoons of Lard
2 ½ cups of Flour
1 pinch of Salt
Cold water
2 Egg whites
1 teaspoon of Cumin
2 tablespoons of Lard
2 tablespoons of Oil
½ kilogram of Ground beef
1 Chopped onion
6 Chopped garlic cloves
½ cup of Chopped celery
4 Chopped chili peppers
1 cup of Water
1 pinch of Pepper
1 teaspoon of Aji chombo sauce
½ cup of Fresh bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1 : To make the dough, place the cold lard in a bowl and add the flour, salt, and cold water until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Step 2 : Knead well and form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for half an hour.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan with lard and add the ground beef.
Step 4 : Cook and stir until it begins to brown.
Step 5 : Then add the onion, garlic, celery, and chili peppers, cooking for another 5 minutes.
Step 6 : Add water and cook until the broth reduces.
Step 7 : Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce, also adding curry and mixing well.
Step 8 : After cooking for 5 minutes, add the bread crumbs, remove from heat, and let rest for a few minutes before refrigerating.
Step 9 : To prepare the empanadas, preheat the oven to a high temperature and remove the dough from the refrigerator.
Step 10 : Roll out the dough to a thin thickness and cut out circles of similar size.
Step 11 : Place a spoonful of filling on each circle and seal them to form empanadas using a fork.
Step 12 : Place on a greased baking sheet and brush with egg whites.
Step 13 : Bake until golden and ready to serve.
