1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by peeling the plantains and cutting them into 3 to 4 cm wide slices.
Step 2 : Next, heat the oil in a skillet and place the sliced plantains to cook.
Step 3 : It's important to remove them before they brown, approximately 90 seconds.
Step 4 : Once cooked, remove the plantains from the heat and proceed to flatten them with a spoon or a kitchen stone.
Step 5 : If they break when flattened, continue cooking them.
Step 6 : If they do not break, flatten them and place back in the oil until they are golden.
Step 7 : Finally, remove the plantains from the oil and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
