Ingredients

2 cups of All-purpose flour

1 ½ teaspoon of Sugar

2 teaspoons of Baking powder

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 tablespoon of Oil

Enough oil to fry the puff pastries

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients and gradually add water or milk to form the dough.

Step 2 : Then, transfer the dough to a flat surface and knead well.

Step 3 : Let it rest, covered, for about 30 minutes.

Step 4 : Afterward, cut pieces of dough and stretch them until thin.

Step 5 : Next, fry in hot oil and can be dusted with powdered sugar.
