Ingredients

2 kilograms of Pork leg

1 Large onion

5 Garlic cloves

8 Sweet peppers

3 Fresh cilantro leaves

Baturro sauce

Chinese sauce

English sauce

1 Small package of achiote seeds

1 teaspoon of White vinegar

1 cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by processing the onion, sweet peppers, garlic cloves, and cilantro leaves.

Step 2 : Then, spread this mixture all over the pork leg, making small cuts with a knife to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Step 3 : Next, add the desired amount of each of the three sauces.

Step 4 : In another container, mix water, vinegar, and a small package of achiote seeds, blend well, and then rub this mixture over the pork leg.

Step 5 : Place the pork in a covered pot and cook over medium heat for about an hour and a half.

Step 6 : Once cooked, slice and bake for a few more minutes.

Step 7 : Finally, serve and enjoy.
