2 tablespoons of Butter

½ kilogram of Peeled shrimp

5 Garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Lemon juice

4 tablespoons of White wine

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Chopped parsley or cilantro

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by mashing and chopping the garlic cloves.

Step 2 : Then, melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the chopped garlic along with the shrimp over medium heat.
