1 cup of Oat flour
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
¼ teaspoon of Salt
1 Egg
1 cup of Milk
2 tablespoons_plural of Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1 : In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2 : In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
Step 3 : Next, pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Step 4 : Preheat the waffle iron and lightly spray with oil or use non-stick spray.
