Ingredients
4 Whole grain bread slices
2 cups of Chopped kale
1 Avocado
1 Tomato slices
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Toast the whole grain bread slices in a toaster until golden and crispy.
