Creamed Broccoli with Potatoes
Ingredients
1 Head of broccoli
2 Potatoes
1 cup of Cream
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets, while peeling and dicing the potatoes.
Step 2 : In a large pot with boiling water, cook the broccoli and potatoes until tender.
Step 3 : Once done, drain and set aside.
Step 4 : In another pot, melt the butter and add the cooked broccoli and potatoes.
