Chickpea Burgers
Ingredients
1 can of Chickpeas
1 Onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Grated carrot
1 tablespoon of Wheat flour
1 teaspoon of Ground cumin
1 teaspoon of Sweet paprika
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
Step 2 : Then, place them in a food processor along with the onion, garlic, carrot, wheat flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 : Process the mixture until achieving a homogeneous texture.
Step 4 : Next, form burgers with the obtained mixture and place them on a plate.
