Ingredients

1 kilogram of Chicken wings

125 grams of Flour

1 tablespoon of Salt

½ tablespoon of Black pepper

½ tablespoon of Cayenne pepper

½ tablespoon of Paprika

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare baked chicken wings, the first step is to preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Step 2 : Then, cut each wing into two parts without removing the skin.

Step 3 : In a bowl, mix the flour with salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, and paprika or chili powder.

Step 4 : Next, butter a tray and dip the wings into the flour mixture, then place them on the tray.

Step 5 : Bake the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 6 : After that time, remove the tray from the oven without turning it off, and pour the sauce over the wings, making sure to cover both sides.

Step 7 : Turn the wings over and return them to the oven for an additional 12 minutes.

Step 8 : Once cooked, turn off the oven, remove the tray, and add a little more sauce, spreading it evenly over all the meat.

Step 9 : Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
