Ingredients

1 pound of Fresh corvina

1 pound of Shelled shrimp

1 pound of Chicken breast

1 Chopped red onion

1 Chopped onion

240 milliliters of Lime juice

1 Chopped cilantro leaf

1 teaspoon of Mustard

½ Chopped aji chombo

2 tablespoons of Vinegar

1 teaspoon of Paprika

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare ceviche, first clean the fish and shrimp thoroughly.

Step 2 : Then, cut them into cubes and place in a deep glass bowl along with the vinegar and lime juice.

Step 3 : Add the other chopped ingredients, such as Aji Chombo, cilantro, onion, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Step 4 : Mix everything very well and let marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Step 5 : After that time, remove the ceviche from the refrigerator, check the seasoning, and serve accompanied by toasted bread or salty crackers.
