Cauliflower Tortillas
Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 pinch of Pepper
1 pinch of Salt
1 Head of cauliflower
¼ cup of Chives
2 Yuca pieces
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first add the yuca into a processor and place it in a container.
Step 2 : Add water on top and microwave for 6 minutes.
Step 3 : Let it cool and pass through a cloth sieve to remove excess water.
Step 4 : In a separate container, beat the egg and add the cauliflower along with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 5 : Mix everything very well.
Step 6 : Then, place dollops of the mixture on a tray and flatten them with your hand.
Step 7 : Bake the tray in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit (about 120 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes.
Step 8 : For an extra touch, you can fill them with chopped tomato.
