Beet Hummus
Ingredients
1 Cooked beetroot
1 cup of Cooked chickpeas
2 tablespoons of Tahini
2 Garlic cloves
30 milliliters of Lemon juice
Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel the cooked beetroot and cut it into small pieces before adding it to the blender or processor along with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon, salt, and pepper.
