1 pound of Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 teaspoon of Salt
½ teaspoon of Pepper
2 Chopped garlic cloves

Step 1 : To prepare the roasted Brussels sprouts, preheat the oven to 200°C.
